Lodging:

This is by far one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever seen. This property spans across 54 acres and overlooks the Pacific coast. They have a variety of offerings, including a world-famous golf course, an exquisite spa, miles of unique hiking trails, multiple restaurants, a state-of-the-art gym, and a shuttle that will take you to the well know Kapalua bay.
Located right next to the Ritz Carlton is the Montage Kapalua. This hotel was truly exceptional and located right on the famous Kapalua Bay. This luxury resort includes various pools, a spa, six restaurants, hula lessons, and more.
Restaurants:

If you want to eat at the famous Mama's Fish House, you need to make a reservation months in advance! Many celebrities and movie stars have frequented this local restaurant. It is located on Maui's north shore and is only 7.5 miles from the airport.
This one-of-a-kind restaurant looks over the beautiful Kapalua Bay and offers a perfect view of the sunset. They are known for their locally sourced seafood and their exceptional atmosphere.
The Banyan tree is located in the center of the Ritz Carlton's property and has some of the best cocktails on the island! Their ambiance is incredible, and the servers couldn't have been friendlier.
Activities:

This helicopter tour was hands down one of the most incredible experiences I've had in my life. It comes at a higher price point but is definitely worth it. I recommend going on the tour that included a 30-minute stop in the middle of the rainforest. It was so interesting to see the native landscape and learn about the island's history.
I highly encourage everyone to see Maui from the water. Whether you do a whale-watching tour, boat cruise, or other ocean activity, you won't regret it! Our cruise was affordable and came with free alcohol and appetizers. All of Pac Whale's tours are out of Lahaina Harbor, which is a 10-mile drive from Kapalua.
Snorkeling
If you don't want to spend 6+ hours on a guided snorkel experience, go to Kapalua Bay and rent $15 snorkel gear for two hours. The water is very calm, and you can see natural coral and different types of fish. This area also offers rentals for paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, and more!
This breathtaking hike was one of our favorite things we did on our trip! This unique trail stretches along 2.5 miles of the pacific ocean and is filled with jaw-dropping views of Maui's cliffs. According to All Trails, this is a relatively easy hike should take you about an hour to complete.
Shopping in Paia
If you have extra time before your flight, head to Paia for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience! This small town is filled with adorable boutiques and gift shops. My favorite store was a local swimwear shop named Acacia.
This waterfront town is known for its stunning beaches and great shopping. This area is home to many famous resorts, including the Grand Waiela where the movie "Just Go With It" was filmed.
